1. Request a quote
Tell us quantity, notebook size and branding type. We reply within one business day with indicative pricing.
2. Artwork & proof
Send your logo files (AI, EPS, PDF or high-res PNG). We send back a digital mock-up for approval.
3. Production
We print and assemble your notebooks in our Lithuania facility. Typical production time: 10–15 working days.
4. Delivery
Shipped worldwide via tracked courier. EU delivery 2–5 days, international 5–10 days.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum for logo-printed notebooks is 50 units. For full private-label customisation (custom size, custom materials, custom packaging) the minimum is 500 units.
How long does production take?
Typical lead time is 10–15 working days from approved proof to dispatch. For urgent orders we can sometimes accommodate rush production — please ask when you enquire.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are best. We also accept high-resolution PNG (300 dpi minimum) with a transparent background. If your artwork needs adjustment for the print area, we can help.
Can we get a physical sample before committing?
Yes. For orders above 200 units we produce a physical pre-production sample at cost, so you can review print quality and materials in person before the full run.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Lithuania. EU delivery typically takes 2–5 working days; international delivery 5–10 working days. We handle customs paperwork for you.
How do reorders work?
Once we produce your first batch, we keep your artwork and specifications on file. Reorders skip the setup fee and usually ship faster (typically 7–10 working days).
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, SEPA, credit card (via Braintree) and cryptocurrency (via CoinGate) are all accepted. For orders above €2,000 we typically work 50% on order confirmation, 50% before dispatch.
